Terms of Courses

• When buying a package of lessons e.g. £380 for 20 hours this guarantees your commitment to finishing this number of hours at Monty within a one-year period.
  
  
• If for any reason you cannot complete the hours then it’s possible to transfer these hours to another student or you can defer your studies to a later date. This must be agreed in writing with Jon Edwards, the head of the school.
  
  
• When cancelling lessons you must give 24 hours notice otherwise you will lose the lesson. 
  
  
• Of course we understand that sometimes this is not possible and therefore it is at the discretion of the teacher as to whether the student should be charged. We appreciate there can sometimes be mix ups with regards to times or difficult situations.
  
  
• The time of 24 hours gives the school sufficient time to organise another lesson with another student for your original time slot.
  
  
• If you have any complaints then please first of all mention this to your teacher. The teacher will then do their best to resolve the situation for you. If you do not feel comfortable doing this or do not feel as if the teacher has handled the complaint appropriately then contact Jon Edwards, the head of the school in writing.
  
  
• Monty will do their best to resolve the issue. Courses are non-refundable. A refund may only be given in extenuating circumstances.
